  Excellent customer service .very nice people. Let usgo inside and watch tv while they fixed a bad ignition wire they discovered while changing intoxalock for a friend. Stayed almost 3 hours past closing to help help my friend out, who drove 2 hr 30 min to get there so car didnt do complete lock out. Give them your business please

  avoid. avoid. avoid. they charge 150% MSRP! MTX website had speakers for $100. they charged $150 (and boasted about their excellent warranty). i knew they couldn’t compete with Crutchfield, but 150% more than manufacturer seems extreme. regardless, the speakers we’re blown out of the box. yet website says ‘money back guarantee’. avoid. avoid. avoid. (edited to add) they did not price match anything! i showed them crutchfield’s price. but they said their warranty was better and added that i wouldn’t have to wait for shipping and/or pay any restock fees should i need to return the speakers. regardless, i wanted to support a local business because i’m always needing supplies and it sucks waiting for stuff to ship when you’re in the middle of an install. i was hoping to become a regular customer... (also, they sold me a $17 remote gain for $10. so it’s not like they gave it to me for free.)
