  45 min. wait to return an item... discovered kohl's cash counts against refund. Appalling policy. It wasn't worth returning the item for $1. What a waste of time. Incredibly inefficient; poorly staffed/managed because they ALWAYS have long lines (with only one or two individuals on the register); consistently frustrating experiences. Prepare yourself for long wait times and subpar customer service, or do yourself a favor and avoid it altogether.
